• 100% payment needs to get paid when you receive the cab.
• toll and parking fee, inter-state permit charges extra should be borne by customer if not included under total cost.
• all outstation service driver bata is rs 400/- applicable from 6-00am to 09-00pm
• all outstation service before 06.00am and after 09.00pm driver bata is additional rs 400/-
• guests are requested to plan their time for the itinerary of the day, driver will not be responsible for any inability to cover all the items on the itinerary due to delays / extra time spent in any place visited
• after the payment of 50% amount, booking will be confirm
• vehicles rented for the purpose of outstation services cannot be used on local trips
• pets are not allowed inside the cab
• final rental amount will be calculated based on total mileage and distance from our guest pickup location to guest drop off location

cancellation policy

• Booking amount is non refundable where as it can be adjusted within 90 days of the first cancellation.
• multi-day trip: no refunds
• single day trip/ airport transfer: no refund will be issued to the guest.
• airport transfer: no refund will be issued to the guest.
